This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which Sheikron Solutions processes refund requests for its facilitation services. This Policy is formulated in compliance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020. We strongly encourage you to read this Policy before making any payment.
Sheikron Solutions provides professional facilitation services for business registration and compliance. Our work involves two distinct components of payment: (a) our service fee for the work we perform, and (b) Government fees paid to statutory authorities on your behalf.
Key Principle: Government fees, once paid to the relevant Government authority on your behalf, are strictly non-refundable by Sheikron Solutions, as these funds are remitted directly to the Government and are outside our control. Our service fees may be refundable in whole or in part depending on the stage at which a request for refund is made and the specific circumstances.
This Policy is consistent with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, which recognises the right of consumers to seek redressal for deficiency in services. We are committed to a fair and transparent refund process.
The following components are Government-mandated fees and are non-refundable once paid by Sheikron Solutions to the relevant authority on your behalf:
Government fees are itemised separately in our invoices to ensure transparency. If you wish to know the Government fee component for your service before payment, please ask our team for a detailed fee breakup.
Rejection of an application by a Government authority does not entitle you to a refund of Government fees already remitted. However, in such cases, Sheikron Solutions will assess your situation and may offer re-filing assistance or a partial credit at our discretion.
Sheikron Solutions' service fees represent the professional effort, documentation, and facilitation work performed by our team. Refundability of service fees depends on the stage of service completion at the time the refund request is received:

|---|---|---|---|
