Registrations, approvals, licences, and certificates are issued solely by the relevant Government authorities (MCA, GSTN, Trademark Registry, MSME Ministry, etc.). Sheikron Solutions facilitates the preparation and submission of applications but does not guarantee approval or specific timelines set by Government authorities.

Government fees (stamp duty, filing fees, MCA fees, etc.) are separate from our service charges and are collected in advance. Government fees are non-refundable once paid to the Government authority, regardless of the outcome of the application.
A GST invoice will be provided for all payments received. Ensure that your GSTIN is provided at the time of payment if you wish to claim input tax credit.
Any changes in Government fees, additional requirements imposed by Government authorities, or out-of-scope work will be communicated to you in advance and will require your explicit approval before any additional charges are incurred.

You acknowledge that providing false information or forged documents to Government authorities is a punishable offence under the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (now Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023), the Information Technology Act, 2000, and other applicable laws. Sheikron Solutions will not be liable for any legal consequences arising from such acts on your part.

We do not guarantee the outcome of any Government registration, approval, or application. Government authorities have sole discretion in approving or rejecting applications.
To the maximum extent permitted under Indian law, Sheikron Solutions' total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to our services shall not exceed the total service fees actually paid by you to Sheikron Solutions for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
